Did you know Carlin has their own line of greenhouse structures and cover sheds?

The ProGreen Plus™ RoundHouse is a fantastic structure that comes in 16’ or 20’ widths. They are manufactured with Gatorshield tubing that can be used for year-round growing, high tunnel production, greenhouse or overwintering. The round shape sheds rain, snow and wind, and can be covered with single layer poly, inflated double poly or PCSS (with additional framing). The RoundHouse is shipped with Carlin’s exclusive LockUp™ purlin bracket. The RoundHouse has optional endwall packages, doors and additional purlins available for added strength and PCSS covering if desired.

ProGreen Plus™ CoverSheds can be used as weather cover for just about anything including salt, mulch, soil, compost and equipment. All CoverSheds are shipped with our exclusive purlin LockUp™ bracket. CoverSheds™ are built on a foundation wall constructed of concrete walls, concrete blocks or wood (foundation wall material not supplied). Endwall package and poly film covering included (many options available). Optional accessories are available such as truss packages and roll-up sidewall systems.

Rimol

Rimol Greenhouse Systems is a first-class commercial greenhouse manufacturing and distribution company, shipping greenhouses all over the United States to farms, garden centers, nurseries, educational institutions, homesteads and more. Most popular structures include the Nor’Easter, one of the strongest free-standing greenhouses on the market. The Matterhorn, an attractive and rugged traditional style gutter connected greenhouse. Rimol High Tunnels are available in multiple widths and lengths, are increasingly popular for commercial growers, as well as independent homestead farmers, and are a proven necessity for high-yield crop production.

Poly-Tex

Poly-Tex manufactures greenhouses, high tunnels, retail structures, shade structures, plant displays and accessories. Poly-Tex products are manufactured using American made Allied Gatorshield® steel tubing. Poly-Tex is best known for the Garden Mart, which combines exceptionally easy setup with great standard features, superior strength and customer comfort. For new growers, the Expansion Mansion is an economical structure that makes expansion and upgrading simple. The Vertex is a new peak shade structure that utilizes a smap button frame and bungee attachments. The Vertex will give you shade while keeping that open air feeling.

Prospiant

Prospiant specializes in the design, engineering, and construction of greenhouse solutions fit to your specific growing needs. The Vail is the workhorse of the Prospiant product line. Strength and versatility make it perfect for crop production, retail, shipping, headhouses and more. The Windjammer is a ground-to-ground, freestanding greenhouse for finishing and multi-tier production. Use it as a standalone house or add double­bolted ground stakes and heavy-gauge, walk-in gutters for an alternative to “traditional” gutter-connected designs. The Zephyr is an ideal choice for natural ventilation and dehumidification. Its curved roof shape and peak vent allow heat to escape from the top of the house, eliminating the need for exhaust fans and vents, even with the gutters full of snow.

Westbrook

Westbrook develops some of the most effective growing systems, including the first curved glass greenhouse (Apex and Skyline). Westbrook designed the Skyline system for maximum light levels, fully open venting, as well as being strong enough to carry high snow and hanging crop loads. Inspired by the Dutch/European growing industires, Venlo greenhouses provide taller sidewalls to promote a healthier, more stable and uniform growing environment. Westbrook’s freestanding greenhouses provide maximum growing space and give the ability to maximize interior height. This allows for large doors, overhead crops, watering booms and an improved environmental control.
