EPEC™ is the latest in controlled-release technology, designed for precision and consistency. As a polymer-coated urea (PCU), EPEC delivers nitrogen to the turf as the plant demands. Nitrogen by itself is short-lived and can escape the turf in several forms. EPEC meters nitrogen to the plant over several weeks or for the entire season. The polymer coating protects the nitrogen from loss due to volatility and leaching.
