Utility mix consisting of 30% bluegrass, 40% creeping red fescue, 20% annual rye and 10% perennial rye. Formulated to establish satisfactory turf where economy is more important than appearance. Quick to establish. Great for erosion control. Ideal for areas where economy is focus (large areas of low maintenance and when quick cover is desired) such as in parks, ditches, septic fields, large acreage lawns, subdivision cover, etc.
